All Compass subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@getcompass.dev within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include your account email address and order details. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and will be returned to your original payment method.
Once your refund request is approved, Paddle will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Card refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
